Processing

In-stock orders placed before [CUTOFF TIME] on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Available services, rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Orders with an item subtotal over $300 qualify for free standard shipping. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Packaging

Orders ship in plain outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with cold packs where appropriate.

Returns

To protect product integrity, research compounds cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped, and all sales are final except as described below.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. After review we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.

Lost packages
