Who can buy from Peptides Only?
Our products are sold only to qualified researchers aged 21 or over, for laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide usage or dosing guidance.
How does Buy One, Get One Free work?
Add any two eligible vials — they can be different products — and the lower-priced one is free. Four vials get the two lowest-priced free, and so on. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Research stacks are already priced below it, so they are not counted again; supplies are not included.
Where do I find the COA for my vial?
Every product page links to its certificates, and the COA library lists them all. Each certificate carries a lot number that matches the label on your vial.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders placed before the daily cutoff are dispatched the same business day. Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout, and orders over $150 ship free.
How should vials be stored?
Keep lyophilized vials frozen or refrigerated, away from light and moisture. Storage details for each compound are on its product page and certificate.
Can I return an order?
Because of their nature, research compounds cannot be returned once shipped. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Do you offer wholesale or lab pricing?
Yes. Institutions and labs ordering in volume can apply for wholesale terms on the wholesale page.
Testing, certificates and handling
Are your peptides third-party tested?
Yes. Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory before release: identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC. The certificate for each lot, with the lab's name and test date, is published in the COA library, and the lot number on your vial matches it.
What purity are your peptides?
Purity is reported per lot, not as one number for the whole catalog — it is on the certificate for the lot you receive. Each product page shows the newest certificate for every size. How to read a peptide COA explains what the purity figure does and doesn't tell you.
How do I verify a certificate of analysis?
Enter the lot number printed on your vial in the lookup on the COA library page. Each certificate names the testing laboratory, so it can be checked with the lab directly.
Where do your orders ship from?
Every order ships from the United States, in plain outer packaging. In-stock orders placed before the daily cutoff are dispatched the same business day.
