Our products are sold only to qualified researchers aged 21 or over, for laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide usage or dosing guidance.
How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
Add any three eligible vials — they can be different products — and the lowest-priced one is free. Six vials get two free, and so on. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Where do I find the COA for my vial?
Every product page links to its certificates, and the COA library lists them all. Each certificate carries a lot number that matches the label on your vial.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders placed before the daily cutoff are dispatched the same business day. Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout, and orders over $300 ship free.
How should vials be stored?
Keep lyophilized vials frozen or refrigerated, away from light and moisture. Storage details for each compound are on its product page and certificate.
Can I return an order?
Because of their nature, research compounds cannot be returned once shipped. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Do you offer wholesale or lab pricing?
